In this closed season we have upgraded 3 net stackers of the NS48 model of our client COPEINCA integrating a third generation Compact Turning Unit (UGC) as a head turning mechanism.
This new version of UGC replaces the piston drive system, allowing a 180-degree turn and significantly reducing maintenance costs. The compact design requires no lubrication and lacks articulated or environmentally exposed parts, prolonging its durability and reliability.
Operationally, this improvement allows for much more efficient and secure network stowage, optimising on-board processes. In addition, UGC is a step forward in our approach to sustainability, reinforcing our commitment to innovative and environmentally friendly solutions.
